Tomas (the father) lives with his family in the caserio (Basque farm). The Caserio means the family but also a way of life, deep roots and values, but nowadays also where two worlds, the new and the old one, collide. The eldest brother (the one who has to keep the tradition and run next the caserio) decides to leave and to break the chain with the past, while Amaia, the daughter try to combine both positions. How to your own life without turning your back on the caserio, how to choose your patch without breaking the string of ancestral knowledge? Her stubborn father won't make it any easy, while the amama (the grandma) looks with distance as wisdom of a bygone world, testimony of legendary tales.
