Brannigan (1975) DVD9

Tough no-nonsense Chicago cop Brannigan (John Wayne) discovers that one of the gangsters he has been tracking for months, Ben Larkin (John Vernon), has slipped away to Europe, where Scotland Yard has agreed to pick him up and deliver him into U.S. hands. Brannigan travels to London and right away, he gets into conflict with the British police and their notions of proper law enforcement.
What Brannigan doesn't know is that Larkin has hired a hitman (Daniel Pilon) to have him killed, and when Brannigan arrives in London and meets Jenny Thatcher (Judy Geeson), the policewoman who will show him around, the hitman arrives soon after. And there are more complications to come...
