Theta Pi Sorority House always closes down for the summer on the 19th of June. That's the way it's been for twenty-some years, as long as the strict Ms. Slater has been housemother. But this year, the seven sisters of Theta Pi decide it's high time to throw a graduation party. Fueled by alcohol and goaded by lead sister Vicki, the girls ignore Ms. Slater's objections and start party preparations.
Sorority sisters accidentally kill their house mother after a prank goes wrong. After they attempt to cover up their crime, someone starts killing them off, one by one. Was Mrs. Slater not actually dead as the girls thought? Did she rise from the dead? Or is there a far more sinister secret lurking within Theta Pi?
